SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS
remote sensors using wireless technology to meet new
guidelines for Oil Refineries.
Supervised Wireless Systems are ideal for integrating far flung
distributed refinery plant security sensors quickly and reliably with maximum cost effectiveness. The
Salco HST series of supervised wireless transmitter’s along with the receiver/control counterpart the WZ-LR series,
quickly ties in remote facility sensors from remote areas to a central monitoring location which may be located miles away all without the heavy
overhead cost of trenching and wiring.
The real time signaling ability of each transmitter enables individual sensor
status display and control at the remote receiver site via a multipoint
display annunciator. Other notable engineering milestones include
extremely low quiescent current drain which allows for practical battery
or solar powered operation for such applications as fence perimeter sensors, active infrared beam sensors
and outdoor active microwave intrusion sensors.
